Is there a fee or charge to have my medications delivered?

No, our home delivery program is free, but you must pay your co-pay or out-of-pocket cost for the medication prior to delivery.

What are the standard delivery times?

In-person home delivery will arrive as early as same day or next day delivery, dependent on volume. Prescriptions not eligible for in-person delivery will arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

What methods of payments do you accept for my prescription co-pays?

If you have a co-pay, our team only accepts credit or debit card payments. We are unable to collect cash or check as a form of payment.

Do I have to be home to receive my package?

Yes, all deliveries require a signature.

Are you able to deliver or ship controlled substances?

Yes, our team is able to deliver controlled substances only through our in-person home delivery. A signature is mandatory for all controlled substance prescriptions. Federal regulations require our team to collect a signature by someone 21 years or older.
