Your Care Team is here to provide your healthcare, even during this pandemic. See the changes to our clinic and work flow to reduce your risk of exposure to coronavirus in the office.
All patients are screened on the phone then again in person for COVID symptoms. Patients with symptoms are directed to one of our outdoor care tents.
Please report if you are experiencing any cough, fever (Temp > 100.4) or shortness of breath,
Or other symptoms like:
Tiredness, Aches, Chills, Sore throat, Loss of smell, Loss of taste, Headache, Diarrhea, Severe vomiting
With MyChart, you can:
Check in for your visit up to 2 weeks prior – minimal additional paperwork once you arrive
Update your:
- Insurance
- Medications
- Pharmacy
Upon arrival – You can call the Front Desk from your car to let them know you have arrived – wait there to be called back
- Limiting visits to patients only or one essential visitor if at all possible.
- Disinfecting rooms between patients.
- Having all patients wear masks when they come into the clinic.
- Minimize wait time in waiting room.

- Patients who screen positive for COVID symptoms are seen outside, at one of our outdoor COVID clinics for a fast, convenient and safe visit.
- Patients with chronic risk factors can request to be seen outside by one of our clinic staff (if available)
