Getting started is easy. We need your prescription and for you to complete the online Enrollment Form.
Our delivery team provides in-person home delivery to addresses within our service area. For prescriptions outside of our service area, our team will prepare your medications to be shipped to your home.
Our team will decide if you are within our service area based on the address you provide.
Our home delivery program is free! We do not charge a fee for delivering or shipping your medications directly to your home.
In-person home delivery will arrive as early as same day or next day delivery.
Prescriptions not eligible for in-person delivery will arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
If you have a co-pay, our team only accepts credit or debit card payments.
We are unable to collect cash or check as a form of payment.
In most instances, you do not need to be home to receive your package. However, if you are receiving a controlled substance, we must receive a signature.
Yes, our team is able to deliver controlled substances only through our in-person home delivery. A signature is mandatory for all controlled substance prescriptions. Federal regulations require our team to collect a signature by someone 21 years or older.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship controlled substance prescriptions outside of our in-person delivery area.
Our team will prepare your package to ensure that your temperature-sensitive items are safely packaged in an insulated mailer or box with ice packs.
Unfortunately, our team cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time. We will do our best to accommodate a request. Our goal is to get your medications delivered as quickly as possible.
No, Texas pharmacy laws and regulations do not allow us to ship your medication to a PO Box.
We can only ship medications to your home or place of employment.
