Notice regarding the COVID vaccine – we currently have a supply of the COVID vaccine. Starting 3/29/21 we will be offering the vaccine to all of our patients 16 years and older. However, we will continue to reach out to those at highest risk for COVID complications, specifically, DSHS Phase 1a, 1b and 1c patients as well as school/daycare staff. Note that we are vaccinating our patients only at this time. We will be sending scheduling tickets through MyChart to patients eligible to receive a vaccine. All patients are recommended to sign up for MyChart by calling their clinic to have an enrollment invitation sent to them via email. In addition, patients can call their clinic to schedule a dose or be put on a waiting list if they are 16 years or older.

Aviso sobre la vacuna COVID – actualmente tenemos un suministro de la vacuna COVID. A partir del 29/3/21 ofreceremos la vacuna a todos nuestros pacientes de 16 años o más. Sin embargo, continuaremos contactando a las personas con mayor riesgo de complicaciones por COVID, específicamente, los pacientes de fase 1a, 1b y 1c del DSHS, así como el personal de la escuela / guardería.
