Reach Out and Read is a nationally recognized nonprofit that encourages the positive effects of reading daily with young children. Reading promotes healthy brain development and an overall special bond between families regardless of their background.  Children ages six months through five years old will receive an age specific book during their regularly scheduled check ups.
