Let Us Help You
The Eligibility Department at Waco Family Medicine is available to help find ways to ease the financial impact of healthcare costs. Through assistance programs like Medicaid, CHIP, Good Health Card and Title V, we will work with you to see what you and your household may qualify for to use at Waco Family Medicine clinics and pharmacy.
Minor Surgeries
We can perform many minor surgical procedures in the comfort of our offices with local anesthetic.
Chronic Care Management
We offer patients with multiple chronic illnesses a little extra support in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This includes a dedicated care manager who regularly checks in with the patient to help with medication refills, goal setting and support (like diet, exercise, or quitting smoking), and accessing specialists or community resources. All of these services are done under the supervision of the primary care physician with the goal of helping the patient to live the healthiest life possible.
Referral for Additional Services
Being your primary care provider, we will sometimes recommend you see a specialist to assist us with coordinating your care. If a referral is needed, we will work with you on setting up your appointment.
